Of all the crap that the psychopaths are engaging in right now, I agree that “ed reform” is one of the most important areas to fight. Looking back at my comment, I come off as judging Jon regarding what is and is not appropriate to talk about and when. I’m sorry, that’s just sanctimonious and stupid. And Jon, I can’t imagine how you manage to devote so much time to this fight while simultaneously supporting a family. So, I appreciate the work you do here and thank you for it. With the exception of gullible governors like Malloy, non-certified commissioners like Pryor, non-elected boards of ed, like Bridgeport’s former illegal one (which appointed Vallas), and the mayors of some big cities with big urban school budgets, Vallas has a hard time convincing people that he’s actually doing anything…..
