That is what investment bankers are for…not quasi-public,and public departments.
Perhaps Ms. Smith can trade public cash for jobs but the fact that the first sexual harrassment lawsuit did not keep her from throwing money at Mr. Vaccaro’s company says a lot. In fact it speaks volumes about the current administration. They have to pay for it…generally a sure sign of desperation.
