Here is a link to a story that includes an investigation of the Hartford program he credits himself with having developed.  It reads like an unmitigated disaster.

And as for his saying that he needs to live in the Northeast, how does this article (dated today) make any sense?  He was a candidate for a superintendency in Louisiana up until now.
